Photoshop comes with a number of "Automate tasks. In the Automate option, such as batch processing, creating a contact or a web photo gallery, the merging of several images, or Culture and area recovery of photos. Another option in this menu, I would like to discuss in this article, is the ability to create a PDF presentation.
This feature is useful for creating slide shows client for review or to create presentations of your latest adventures Travel. This feature can also be used to create a multi-page PDF document. May I use this feature to create a PDF file or presentation or a PDF document, then send an e-mail attach the PDF file for review.
To access this feature, choose File> Automate> Presentation PDF.
The dialog box lets you choose the Photoshop files you want included in the presentation and to define what is indicated for each image and develop options for presentation.

To select the desired images, click Browse and navigate to the folder to select images. You can also re-arrange the order of images by clicking on the file name and dragging it up or down in the list of images. If you want to duplicate an image, highlight it and click Duplicate. You can also delete an image from the list by highlighting it and clicking Delete.
In the Output Options, choose the PDF you want to create. In this example we will select the presentation. (You can also choose to create several pages of document.) In this section you can also choose the background color and select the information (metadata) that you want to display for each image. This option includes the file name, title, author, description, copyright, EXIF info (camera metadata), and any annotations to the image (or audio notes).
For a PDF, you can also set some specific parameters for presentation at the bottom of this dialog box. You can set the time for each slide or not to close the show, and clarify the transition between slides.
Click Save to specify where you want to save the presentation.
PDF save the dialog box to allow you to set parameters PDF. I often email the PDF / document. Since I do this, I select the smallest file size preset. I also choose to view the PDF after saving so that I can review the presentation before sending it to.
After the PDF is created, it will automatically run the presentation. All information selected in the first dialog box appears below the image. When I opened the document in Acrobat, each image will appear on individual pages.
